With Self Managed Roadside Assist you will have someone to call when you need Emergency Roadside Assistance or Assistance with Accidents & Recovery – Australia Wide 24/7 365 days per year.

Once you have set up your account you can add and pay for extra’s on the same account at anytime using the Essentials promotion codes each time.

When you join with Australian 24/7 Roadside Services you will have peace of mind knowing we have no administration fees or member joining fees & you & your business have control of your account.

This is great if you have multiple vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, boat trailers or anything you just want to have cover for that you may only drive / use sometimes.

Assistance Contact Information: Once becoming a Member we suggest you make sure you enter the Roadside Assistance number into your phone 1300 952 500 for safe keeping. We don’t send out membership cards due to Members having access to their own active accounts. All Member callouts and assistance will also be recorded via your membership account for your personal reference.

Member Login/Account Information Changes: You can login to your account using your user name & password & update your personal or company information, e.g. address, telephone number, email address.

Making Changes To Your Policy: If you simply want changes to your existing policy e.g. motorcycle/vehicle details, open a ticket via your account & send us the new information e.g. make, model, year, VIN number, registration number. This information will then be updated within 24hrs with the new information supplied by you, this helps us verify you are the holder of the account & for security purposes.

Membership Renewal: As a member you are able to renew your policy via your personal account (invoices) to renew, email reminders are also generated to remind you your policy is due to expire soon.

Motorcycle & Vehicle Accidents & Recovery Assist 24/7 365 Days: Have total peace of mind knowing we can assist you in organising accident related recovery even if you’re not a member. This service will be at the members or customers expense and payable upon request of service & can be claimed against your comprehensive insurance policy. Charges for towing, recovery and storage of motorcycles are set with the Department of Fair Trading, and pricing is in accordance to each states legislation across Australia.

Self Managed membership will be immediately active & ready to provide assistance to you once you have set up your account. You can add & pay for extra motorcycles or vehicles on the same account at anytime, & the membership applies to the registered motorcycle/vehicles listed on your account.

In the event of a breakdown or any assistance all you need to do is call us on 1300 952 500. We will organise your Assistance service on your behalf at a competitive price & all you have to do is speak to one of our call operators. Payment is made to Australian 24/7 Roadside Services over the phone, Assistance as you need it.

You decide your terms and conditions and what you would like to pay for, its your choice and we’re here for you 24/7 365 days per year to manage your Roadside Assistance & keep your service costs to a minimum.

Your account will also have a complete record detailing every Roadside Assistance call out you have requested, as well as the amounts you have paid each time you needed our assistance for your total peace of mind.

Emergency Out of Fuel: Our Roadside Assistance team can carry between 5 to 10 litres or 50 km worth of emergency fuel (unleaded petrol only). We will deliver sufficient fuel to enable the motorcycle or vehicle to travel up to 50kms or to the nearest service station, the supplied emergency fuel and the Roadside Assistance will be at the Members expense. If you have an LPG vehicle towing would be to the closest service station.

Whatever level of managed service you or your company may require have peace of mind we are always open 24/7 365 days per week.

Roadside Assistance is only available on any sealed or designated road that our team & service providers deem to be safe. Roadside Assistance is only provided where the weight is less than 3.5 tonnes gross & the length of the vehicle is less than 5.5 metres.

Services will not be provided to a Member who in our view is abusive, threatening or violent to any of our staff members or our contractors. Should a Member behave in this way we may, after full investigation; (A) Suspend or cancel services to the Member, (B) Impose service fees for further service request,(C) Void the membership.

We will be passing on the best trade prices we can obtain for you & our terms of service are invoice cost for the service plus 15% for Self Managed Roadside Assistance - saving you time & hassle & keeping your costs down.

All Membership Fees paid to Australian 24/7 Roadside Services Pty Ltd including membership fees, administration fees, service fees are non-refundable, membership is not transferable to another person.

Your information you provide us for the application for cover and where cover is issued to manage and administer your and our rights under our policy for the settlements of claims. To do this we may have to provide his information to third parties as an example insurers loss adjusters, reinsurers, external claims, investigator’s, and or other third parties as required by law. Where you may have to provide us with information about another person you must have their consent to do this, and provide the information on their behalf.
